Sis thử vô mấy cái siêu thị lớn hoặc vô chợ An Đông hỏi thử coi sao nghen chứ mình sài cái này được lắm. hổm rày tới giờ qua Mỹ đoàn tụ ox lu bu nhiều việc quá nên hổng có được mua về làm nên răng bị xỉn màu lại rùi cái này tác dụng của nó cũng được gần 1 năm đó nghen

Minh muon chia se kinh nghiem cua minh. Minh tay rang cach nay da duoc 4 nam, rang trang & tu nhien lam, I was very pleased with it. Minh di dentist, ong lam plastic mold cua ham rang minh.
The first two weeks, minh phai put this mold on for 30 minutes daily at home and have check-up with my dentist weekly to make sure my teeth would be OK with the formula; The whitening process was fast and easy. Then, I had to repeat it twice a week for another month. Khi thay rang minh trang den muc co the, dentist noi voi minh I should do once a month from now on.

The tooth has 4 tissues...
1. Emanel
2. Cementum
3. Dentin
5. Pulp


Emanel is the hardest outter layer, which composes of calcium and phosphate. It is produced by cells called meloblast.

Cementum covers the external layers of the root, brushing too much can decrease this.

Dentin is the hard yellowish tissue underneath the emanel and Cementum. It makes up the majority of the teeth.

Pulp is the soft tissue of the tooth, which is very sensitive.

Anyhow, some people have a thin layer of emanal (the white outter coating of the tooth). Therefore, the Dentin (the yellowish color) can be seen.



For good dental hygiene:

Brush daily for healthy gums to prevent gum diseases
Floss to get the food from forming and causing bacterias to attract and create by-products such as acid in causing caries (ie, cavity).
Clean your tongue -to prevent bad breath, because some of the odor causing bacterias like this area.

Visit your dentist for cleaning every 6 months to clean out whatever you and your tooth brush can't clean.

No smoking can cause cancer to the mouth and other gum diseases.
