Hom qua giờ bị jet lag, cứ tới 2 Am là thức dậy, and can't go back to sleep. Di làm toi 2 pm la måt mở khòm ra nỗi. Have to be up early for work tomorrow and yet still wide awake!! Không biet bao giö moi back to normal day ta.

Wanderlust:. Wow, road trip for 6 wks, that is impressive. Your girls are at good age for road trip. I love to visit national Parks, can't wait till my boys are around your kids age to make it happens.

Hello moi người,

Lau quá khong vo, ba con co gì mới khong? Cachua van homeless😆😆, it keeps get delaying. We should have moved in at the end of August and now it is talking about another month. Cái cam giác ở tạm bợ, ở khé mệt quá, chịu het nổi roi.

subcontractor is always like that. They usually have more projects than what you think it's, so they keep running back and forth to different projects.

Hello all,

Lâu quá không chit chat. How is everyone doing? Anh Alash and Út có ai chịu lấy chưa hay vẫn còn ôm gối mỗi đêm ?

Càchua been under lots of stress since we fix the house!! Supposed to be done by the beginning of the school year, but it is still not completely done. But at least we been moved in and live on the upper level. Đủ chuyện xảy ra during sửa nhà, nào là neighbor complain, rồi permit trouble. Etc....chắc không dám mua nhà cũ nữa quá

Anh Alash ơi, cho em hỏi tax deduction moi nam la bao nhieu anh biet khong? Thanks anh

Tax deduction may be different each year. I guess 2018 will be your biggest deduction with Trump 's law This year would be ok too.

Read the old PM's I have sent before to get all the trick for tax.


Here is tax bracket for 2017. I assume you guys would be around 25-28% tax. If you can get a lot of deduction, you would be down to 15%. This year I get back around $5k so I am still good. Next year would be bad for me because I am all in Roth for $37K so they would slap my ass

Troi oi anh Định cưới mấy cô vợ mà nhà nào cũng bự khủng khiếp vậy? em thấy nhà lớn quá em sợ rồi. Nội clean up thôi là xiủ trong ba cai do em thích #1 nhất. Như ý em vẫn thích cái nhà lúc trước anh bỏ lên đó. Nếu là em em không thích nhà lớn mà em thích có căn nhà gần biển, nhỏ vừa ở những gần biển là số 1 .

Em sẽ doc lại pm anh gọi về tax reduction. Thanks anh

Yeah, I like the #1 too.

I am tired with the other one because HOA, they 're BS too much, make me repaint the exterior which cost around $3500. Can't do anything in the front of the house. They don't turn off the water sprinkler while raining because they control the front to keep the grass green, so I end up $150 for water/month. I don't like the 2 stories. Those houses I am looking at is single story.
