I have a song in MPGA format. How can I convert MPGA format song into a wave file?

Here is the simple way.

Get Nero Wave Editor,
When opening the file,
Select "Files of Type" as "All Files (*.*)"
Open the .mpga file
After it loads, go to "save as" and save it in mp3 or wav format,

Make sure you save it as a different name though temporarily. You can rename the file later.
