Ok, let say there are no immigration restriction among the industrialize nations, people could move and live in any country that they wanted. Which country would have the highest percentage of the people wanted to go there?

I think the list probably will be like this:

USA
Australia
Canada
U.K. (England)
Germany
Switzerland
Scandinavian countries (Norway, Denmark, Finland)

Japan

Vietnam?

I think Canadian-Vietnamese have a much better education than American-Vietnamese. No doubt about this.

This is the theorem:

With little knowledge and much money you can get degree in the U.S

With little money and much knowledge you can get degree in Canada

with little knowledge and little money you can get degree in Vietnam.

Cuba have free health care, better education and much less crime rate (at least that what they claim).
But I seen lot of Cuban trying and dying to get to the US...
So much for free health care...better education..etc...it all BS.
