These things take time to mend. Just be kind to yourself and I hope you find the closure you need. Closure and acceptance is easier if they are six feet under but if they are taking up air, that is where closure starts with you and ends with you.

I don't know what women do when they are broken-hearted (anyone want to divulge?), but guys generally prefer to drink ourselves to oblivion. I remember once in college, broken-hearted, I tried to do just that, if only just to get some sleep. God knows how many beers I had that night. Unfortunately, beer had an additional effect that I didn't count on--it goes right through me. So the whole night, even though I was tired, I couldn't sleep at all because I was afraid I would lose control of my bladder. All I could think of was my bladder! The broken heart? That was forgotten, at least for that night. True story. So NB, remember your bladder and you'll be alright.

Hopefully , over times, your wound will be healed .... Stay positive and keep busy with activities .... This time love sent you a " no " , but .... I bet there will be a " yes " in your future ... Hang in there, it is tough but you will be fine ( I think you already are doing well ) , please find your inner peace and move on ..... I have been down this path before, but I won't let these adversities beat me .... Sure I did miss that person, but I learned from it and moved on with an understanding that life is full of excitement and disappointment ... Just keep faith in true love, it will come....

We are all human beings. If we were cut, we would bleed. Love is a wonderful feeling to go through ... at least once in a lifetime. Some break ups will hurt a little or alot, but as time passes through, the pain and sufferings will be just a tiny spec of sand.

More than twenty years ago, I was broken-heart-ed. It likes the whole world turns dark. It took me at least two years to forget and accept another person in my life. Time will heal every thing. If he did not value me, at least I could learn to value myself. Things happen for some reason. It helps me to see things from every angle (real life is not dream or wish). It also helps me to learn not to hurt others since I understand how terrible it was being hurt . Now I look back I am so glad I broke up with him because my life is now much better without him.
