... anyone who always look very happy and content from the outside, but deep inside, they are miserable? How can they be so good at acting like that? Is there anyway to find out if they are actually happy or not? Do they need help? and what are the best ways to help them?

People wear masks all the time and they live double lifes. No, they don't need help, the best way to help them is stay out of their way.

We could, by talking to them and listening to them without judgement. Once we have an idea of their problems, help however we can, but don't get attached.

Yes ... I am one of them. LOL

What makes you think the person is miserable inside?

If you know they are going through something bad but still seems to be happy, then just ask them or offer them your time/friendship.

How you see life is different from how others see life. For example, a person gets into a hospital and become disable. Other people might look and say that person must be miserable and will have a bad life. However, the disabled person might think "thank god i'm still alive and I'm grateful for it"... :)

hi,
i think that some of them are crying for help, but they don't want people to know
if you want to know about them, look at their eyes & pay attention to what their body language... there will b times they are going to tell you what happen....
don't leave them alone... cuz they might become very lonely

I'm a kind of that people. So I know the reason they're doing that because they don't want to share their stories to anyone or they don't want anybody to know their weak sorrow to feel pity for.
The things people need to do if you see their inside weak sorrow by chance is stay away and leave them a lone.. Don't ask, don't bother,..and let them feel they are doing well hiding.....

Observe closely... They are not really happy, infact they always act awkward. Their eyes, smiles, and gestures contain worries. Unfortunately, all human Are born to be miserable. Lucky enough some have the opportunity to be happy every now and then, may be that person happy every time u r around. Get around them more often u will find out about them; they will share their feelings. Help them by give them lots of money ;). Most misery come from lacking of money. ;).

Let them have a several beers or a couple shot of strong wine then they will spit it out. But make sure you don't get drunk before him or her.

First, you have to figure out which masks they are wearing, before you can help.

You know, people who are genuinely happy don't bother with that question. Why would you care? If someone is truly happy then that's great for her. If they are pretending, then they are trying their best during hard times to get over the hurdles.
