SORRY I missed the whole question.

For DVD/Blu-Ray

1) use DVDFab latest version RIP DVD movies to your PC
2) use DVDFab convert to mp4
3) use iTUNE transfer mp4 to iPhone

its not easy as u think. mr thongle helped me but i couldn't do it. I still got a stack of barney that need to b rip to put in my daughters ipad. i download and put in my android phone she loves it problems solve. kiss me everytime she play alvin and the chipmunk in my android.

Thanks every one I found the way to do it . Just download application name Oplayer in installous and just copy any movie file to iphone.
