Is now a good time to buy a house? How much do people typically put down as their down payment? I know it's usually 20% but not everyone can afford that. Also, if you're bargaining, how much can you knock off the listing price? For example, if a house is 225,000, is it reasonable to go down to 200,000?

Yes, now is good time to buy a house since the interest so low. As for bargain the price, you can do whatever you want...usually you aim low and end up meet in the middle with the owner. Make sure ask for closing cost.

Mới đầu chơi thì TN còn rất trẻ, mới ra trường, rất hăng máu, cho nên thua .

Fast forward mười mấy năm sau, bây giờ TN chơi thì có 3 accounts, individual. IRA, and Roth IRA, đều huề hoặc là thắng vì TN use asset allocation, diversification, short-term, long term, short-term optiọn, long-term option ectttttt.

Tại sau là bad advice ha? TN học được cái từ dì Tư của TN. Cái gì mua trên $16K không nên bao giờ payoff, nên trả payments . Mình dùng tiền để kiếm tiền thêm thì làm sau là bad advice được hả Emnho?

Thí dụ cho những người không biết chơi stock thì họ có thể dựa theo hai người này mà mua thì sẻ không bao giờ lổ được .

bro thuong-nguoi, nói vậy sao được, hong lẽ chưa bao giờ chơi stock rồi nhào vô chịu bị thua trắng như bro lúc mới chơi để lấy kinh nghiệm àh?? đồng tiền giờ hong phải dễ kiếm đâu bro. Trả giá nhà mà bớt được 10-20k thui là lắm rồi àh,, Nợ 16K mà make payment thì mỗi tháng tiền interest fee mệt xĩu nha,,big noo to me

Anh thuong nguoi, em ko ranh choi stock nen ko biet Minh co make noi 4% mot nam tren cai tien da dau tu hay ko. Thay vi pay off Minh Khoi phai tra lai ngan hang la 4 den 5%. Cho nen thuong may nguoi ko biet choi stock thi thich payoff hon... Cung tot khi chon phuong phap an toan...

ráng down nhiều can`g nhiều can`g tốt, monthly pymt sẽ nhỏ lại sống khỏe, pay off mau có thất nghiệp khỏi lo
nhà tuỳ location trả xuống 25K đâu có sao có gì nhích từ từ còn hơn bị hớ

You do not judge what I have said. Please google about those people which I just mentioned in my post. Lot of people have made money by following those investors' investment.
