There are 2 video output in back of my desktop computer: 1 DVI (currently connect to my moniter) and 1 15 pins VGA. However, I tried to connect this VGA to moniter but did not comunicate at all. Can someone show me how to configure (or enabled?) this VGA to work?
Also can I make both of these video output function so that I could connect 1 (DVI) to my computer monitor and the other one (VGA) to connect to my LCD TV (has a VGA input port).

Once you connect monitor 2, your OS should detect it. Go to Control Panel -> Display -> Settings to set it up.
